The MT Space (the Multicultural Theatre Space)
The MT Space is a professional theatre company devoted to the development of an innovative, culturally diverse theatre in Canada. Located in Waterloo Region, the MT Space endeavours to develop forms and practices that talk to, draw upon, reflect, and finally, help to constitute the Canadian contemporary community. Under the current direction of Majdi Bou-Matar, the MT Space is focused on physically-oriented and multidisciplinary performances that stem from body memory and the improvisation of cultured bodies in space.
